The pump failed twice on me and this second time it leaked causing my computer to not be able to boot. I think some pins on the processor we're shorted from the liquid eacaping.

Woke up to a horrible POST beep code. Luckily after it dried out overnight the issue seems to have resolved itself.
Back on stock heatsink for now:/ Customer support is OK, when you can reach them. Very limited hours.
I won't be buying any Antec products for a long time! Pros: I was able to get sub 40˚ temps while using it. Installation was easy although I had to use video resources more than the included documentation. The RGB lightening was a good touch too. Under load it didn't generate too much noise and the fan worked well which controlled by the mobo. All in one enclosure means no maintenance for the most part. Cons: Longevity.
Unfortunately, mine didn't last more than a year. I contacted Antec because it was under warranty still and got a replacement for free. The replacement came and then lasted another year. I finally ditched it and built a custom water system for my rig.
I found that the closed system made it difficult when I wanted to expand because you are not allowed to open the closed loop system so I just left my fans on the GPU and other components instead. That's something important to know before you decide to buy this system. Other Thoughts: This is great for someone wanting to get into water cooling but not willing to built their own custom loop. You have to take into account the lack of expandability and the smaller radiator that is locked to the system. You can find tutorials about how to add additional components to the loop but the pump is not meant for a larger loop nor is the cooling as good.
